We all want to get home safely each night, but that doesn’t always happen. Serious car crashes can alter lives forever. Road Safety Audits are one tool that can help ensure more people make it home safely. Join COMPASS as we welcome Hermanus Steyn to learn what Road Safety Audits are, how they work, and how they can make a difference in your community. Learn how these audits use a systematic approach based on crash data to develop near-term and long-term system-wide and location-specific solutions to address safety. You’ll see examples of Road Safety Audits from different areas and learn how they can bring agencies, stakeholders, and communities together to address safety needs and save lives.
