Executive Committee

The Executive Committee is a sub-committee of the COMPASS Board. The Executive Committee approves upcoming agenda items for COMPASS Board meetings, previews discussion items that may come before the full Board, and provides general policy direction.

Activities of the Executive Committee are governed under the same COMPASS Bylaws and Joint Powers that govern the COMPASS Board.
