Air Quality Conformity Demonstration for the FY2021-2027 Regional Transportation Improvement Program and Communities in Motion 2040 2.0 as amended on October 19, 2020.
This document contains the estimated air quality impacts associated with the FY2021-2027 TIP and proposed changes to Communities in Motion 2040 2.0 as amended on October 19, 2020. It also contains an emissions budget test for the purposes of demonstrating air quality conformity as per federal requirements. The estimated impacts demonstrate that the projects contained in the FY2021-2027 TIP and Communities in Motion 2040 2.0 as amended on October 19, 2020, meet air quality conformity requirements for Northern Ada County and will not degrade air quality.
