- Topic: The proposed amendment would add a project to CIM 2050 to widen State Highway 69 (Meridian Road) between Columbia Road in the City of Kuna and Victory Road in the City of Meridian through an agreement with a private developer. The changes to the TIP include proposals to increase funding for the State Highway 16 project between Ustick Road and US 20/26 and delay the railroad crossing project at South Cole Road. Additionally, the proposal would add the State Highway 69 project noted above, along with four additional new projects
